Prior to joining Samsung Electronics, Jack led a software development services company, headquartered in San Francisco and Shanghai, where he developed and deployed mobile and mobility products, solutions, and services for Fortune 500 as well as startup companies in healthcare, financial, security, and transportation industry sectors.

Deep-rooted in enterprise services and user engagement disciplines, Jack focuses on expanding Samsung Electronics’ service offerings to consumers and enterprise customers.

Jack holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of California, Irvine and a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Stanford University.
