Holly Schulz serves as Senior Advisor in AARP’s Policy, Research, and International group, where she brings more than 20 years of experience in strategic communications and marketing. Her expertise spans health security, financial resilience, livable communities, and the longevity economy—key pillars of aging policy and innovation.
A seasoned leader in integrated communications, Holly has directed high-impact strategies across public relations, media engagement, branding, advertising, and event production. She is also recognized for her leadership in digital outreach, having spearheaded social media initiatives that amplify AARP’s voice globally and foster meaningful dialogue around aging-related issues.
In addition to her advisory role, Holly serves as Managing Editor of the award-winning international policy publication AARP The Journal, which showcases insights from global thought leaders on the challenges and opportunities of population aging.
Holly holds a Master’s Degree in French and Foreign Affairs from American University and a Bachelor’s Degree from the College of William and Mary.
