Julia Elrod is a strategic and forward-thinking project manager with AARP’s Global Thought Leadership team supporting programs that explore how we age in a changing world. With over a decade of experience in program development and management, Julia currently serves as a Senior Program Analyst, where she helps advance AARP’s global reputation through impactful convenings and cross-sector collaborations. As Advisor and Former Chair of AARP’s NextGen Employee Resource Group, Julia is passionate about bridging generational divides, amplifying new voices, and helping to shape the future of aging with creativity and relevance. She holds a Master of Public Administration from American University and a Bachelor’s in Public Administration and International Relations from the University of Central Florida.
